Simmons took the Eagles over 10.5 wins, arguing their roster is one of the five most stacked in football—top-three offensive line, six defensive players who "got points" in his talent rankings, and a schedule that avoids most elite quarterbacks. He sees 11-6. Sal went under, pointing to Philadelphia's 8-4 record in one-score games, a new offensive coordinator, and a belief that the rest of the division (Washington, Giants) will be so bad that Dallas and Philly can both go 4-0 in division play, making 10 wins harder than it looks. He has them at 9-8.
