• AI-powered episode chat functionality

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and current information
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized account use

4. Subscriptions and Billing

PodSized offers free and paid subscription tiers. For paid subscriptions:

• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Refunds are subject to the platform's (App Store / Google Play) refund policy
• We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated summaries are for informational purposes and may not perfectly represent the original content. We are not responsible for any inaccuracies in AI-generated content.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PodSized shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time through the app settings.
