The Interrogation Room: A 23-Year-Old Suspect Denies Everything While the Detective Has Him on Camera

Detective Miller sat across from DeAndre Pool in a small interview room in Springfield, Ohio. The 23-year-old had been picked up on an outstanding warrant—not for murder, but for an unrelated incident. Miller had been trying to reach him for weeks. Now, with DeAndre finally in the room, the detective began the slow, methodical work of building a case.
