He shows her visions of what really happened that morning: her mother filled a red capsule with powder, and her father, following "doctor's orders," gave it to her. The visions continue, revealing that her mother had a previous husband and a daughter named Molly, who died at age five under similar circumstances. Cameron vanishes, and Emma is left alone in the ride car, terrified not of the haunted house but of what she now knows about her own mother.
