Vasco’s core insight was that distribution, not product, is the hardest problem for a solo founder. He built an AI app that helps users generate content, but he knew that without a way to get in front of customers, the product would sit unused. He chose YouTube because it is the only platform where content continues to work long after it is published. "The way in which you get people to buy from you is if they know, like, and trust you," he says. YouTube allows a founder to build that trust over time through repeated exposure, not through a single ad or post.
