Today’s Happy Hour Special: 🥃 Smoked Rosemary Negroni Sour

Recipe from: Join Jules

  • 1 ounce gin
  • 1 ounce sweet vermouth
  • 1 ounce Campari
  • 1/2 ounce rosemary syrup
  • 1/2 ounce lemon juice
  •  1 egg white
  • Splash of orange juice

 

Instructions: Using a lighter, light the tips of a fresh rosemary sprig until it begins to smoke. Flip your coupe glass upside down over the smoking sprig and let sit while you mix your cocktail. In a cocktail shaker, add gin, sweet vermouth, Campari, syrup, lemon juice, a splash of orange juice and egg white. Dry shake. Add ice and shake again. Double strain into the smoked glass. Garnish with a fresh rosemary sprig and a citrus wheel.
