Allie Beth Stuckey opens this episode of Relatable with a personal story that explains how Anna Kate came to be. In January 2025, while sitting on a panel at a pro-life conference in Washington, D.C., an idea struck her: a Christian, pro-life period and pregnancy tracking app. She had been thinking about adding a fourth child to her family and realized that every tracking app she had used either looked bad, worked poorly, or pushed messages she found hostile to her values. After dinner that night, she told her husband Timothy, who immediately connected her with a friend at their church, who then connected her with a group of Christian engineers. By the time of this recording, Stuckey is pregnant with her fourth child and has launched Anna Kate, a cycle and pregnancy tracking app built on biologically grounded, biblically rooted principles.
