Believing him, the parole board granted him his freedom, and for years it seemed the right choice. He got married. Raised kids. Got a job. Until, in 2016, he betrayed everyone’s faith in him. Police stepped into his second wife’s home to discover the unthinkable: The annihilation of another family.
