He personally delivered infusions, inquired about patients' chemo progress, sent Christmas cards, sponsored hospice runs (donating €1 per runner), and organized street festivals. His pharmacy paid top commercial taxes, employed 60 staff at 20% above tariff wages, and expanded into real estate for a "MediCity" health hub, renting to nearby oncology practices for quick delivery of time-sensitive drugs. He opened a Düsseldorf branch, hosted Saudi clients via private jet, and built an 11-million-euro villa with a multi-floor slide to the pool.
