The Alien Induced Engorgement Of Gregorio

A man in Argentina spent fifteen days with a painful, unrelenting erection after an alien encounter left him ejaculating in his pants during three hours of missing time. That is the headline-grabbing detail from a much longer, stranger story that spans years, multiple jobs, invisible visitors, and a creature that slowly shapeshifted from a seven-foot silver being into a human form with piercing green eyes. But the episode's host, Jason Garbander, uses this bizarre case to make a quieter, more grounded point about medical authority, misdiagnosis, and the danger of trusting experts without question.

The Parkinson's Misdiagnosis That Changed Everything

Before getting to the alien story, Garbander opens with a personal anecdote about a close friend who was diagnosed with Parkinson's disease fifteen years ago. The friend's health declined steadily—he lost weight, struggled to swallow, could barely hold a hammer. Everyone assumed he was dying. Then a specialist ran an expensive test and discovered something startling: he never had Parkinson's. The original doctor had been wrong. A second, $30,000 core-sample test confirmed it.
