Lessons To Learn

A woman named Mary is driving home from her sister's funeral in South Dakota late on November 30, 1994. Exhausted and emotionally drained, she pulls over at a rest area to sleep. The moment she lies back, she finds herself floating outside her body, looking down at her own sleeping form. A UFO has landed next to her car. Two humanoid aliens with soft tanned skin, large eyes, and no hair stand beside her, shining a light into her open mouth. One says to the other, "She has many lessons to learn. So many lessons to learn." Then one adds that Mary has to get cancer. Mary has a brief conversation with them, but afterward cannot remember what she said or what they replied. The next thing she knows, she is driving down the road with lost time. She later did develop breast cancer, had the tumor removed, and recovered fully.

Why the aliens let her get cancer
