Cree Elder Sasquatch Face-Off, Utah Midnight Giant & Connecticut Pack Encounter!

In the summer of 1982, a young Cree man paddled across a lake in northern Saskatchewan with three younger cousins to teach them how to set rabbit snares. He left his .22 pump-action rifle in the canoe. About fifty yards into the bush, he felt something watching him—the hairs on his neck and arms stood up. He walked back to get the gun but did not load it. Twenty yards from the clearing, he saw a shadow, followed it upward, and found himself face-to-face with a Sasquatch roughly nine or ten feet tall, pulling back brush to watch the children. The witness froze, unable to breathe. When he finally gasped for air, the creature shifted its shoulder to look down at him. "He didn't really care about me," the witness said. "He was more worried about my cousins. He was worried about what he couldn't see." The encounter lasted perhaps three minutes, but felt like an hour. The witness described massive calves, a cone-shaped head with no visible neck, black eyes with red whites, a protruding jaw with large teeth, and stringy hair on its back that turned red when sunlight hit it. The creature eventually released the brush and slipped away. The next day, the witness and a cousin returned with loaded guns and found footprints sunk deep into moss, with every detail of the heel and arch visible.
