Dragon See 👀, Dragon Do 🐲: a kids' meditation and story

On a sunlit morning in the Ahway Island forest, a small green dragon watches two bunnies tumble out of a bush and invite them to play a game called Bunny See Bunny Do. The dragon hesitates for just a moment, glancing at their own scales and wings, then grins and joins in. What follows is a gentle meditation on friendship, kindness, and the quiet courage of doing the right thing—even when you are in the middle of having fun.

The episode opens with a guided relaxation, inviting listeners to lie in a warm grassy meadow, take deep "dragon breaths" (in through the nose, out through the mouth, imagining breathing fire), and settle into a cozy, calm state. Only then does the story begin.

The core of the tale is the game itself. Babette Bunny explains the rules: one creature does a movement, and the others try to copy it. Babette starts with a somersault; Ballet follows gracefully; Dragon rolls much farther than the bunnies, and they all cheer. When Ballet leaps into the air, Babette matches her, admitting she has been practicing. Then it is Dragon's turn to lead. The dragon thinks carefully about what would be fun for everyone, not just themselves, and chooses to roll three times across the clearing. The bunnies copy the move with delight, and soon all three are laughing, hopping, and rolling together until they collapse in the grass.
