update | Asmongold TV

Asmongold returned to his stream after a day away and explained to his audience why he had been absent: he had spent Monday in the emergency room with his father. His father, who is in his late 70s or early 80s, had been sick over the weekend, and when his condition did not improve by Monday morning, they went to the hospital. He was admitted and is being treated for what doctors believe is pneumonia. This is his father's sixth bout with pneumonia in roughly two to three years.

A recurring illness and a difficult history

Asmongold described the pattern as deeply concerning. After the fourth occurrence, he and his father thought they had the problem under control; the fifth episode came and went without his father even noticing he had it. But this sixth case was different. His father was in bad shape, struggling to even get out the door that morning. Asmongold spent six or seven hours in the emergency room with him before he was finally admitted. He was scared, and he said so plainly to his audience.
