Trump did WHAT!? | Asmongold

On the day President Trump announced airstrikes against Houthi forces in Yemen, Asmongold reacted on stream with blunt approval. The central question of the episode is straightforward: when foreign actors attack American ships and military assets, should the U.S. use overwhelming force in response? Asmongold's answer is an emphatic yes, and he spends the episode defending that position against critics who accuse him of hypocrisy or warmongering.

"Hell Will Rain Down Upon You"

The episode opens with Asmongold reading Trump's full statement announcing military action against the Houthis. The language is notably aggressive — Trump declares that "hell will rain down upon you like nothing you have ever seen before" and promises "overwhelming lethal force" until the objective is achieved. Asmongold reacts with visible excitement, calling the statement "cooking" and speculating that Trump wrote it himself. He frames the strikes as a simple matter of common sense: "They're attacking our ships. What the fuck do we spend a trillion dollars a year on the military for? If we can't go kill people that are attacking our ships, well, I want my fucking money back."
