Rather than allow the arrest, the judge allegedly went into the hallway, screamed at the immigration officer, sent them away, then took the defendant and his attorney into her private chambers and let them out a non-public exit — all while the state prosecutor and the victims sat in the courtroom.

The hosts describe this as an unambiguous obstruction of justice. One host says, "You cannot obstruct a criminal case and really shame on her.
