She's going to prison for 8 years.. | Asmongold TV

In October 2025, a DoorDash driver in Oswego, New York, posted a video of a sleeping male customer lying naked on his couch, claiming she had been sexually assaulted on the job. The clip racked up nearly 30 million views before TikTok removed it. Now the driver, Olivia Henderson, faces two felony charges — unlawful surveillance and dissemination of that surveillance — carrying a combined maximum of eight years in prison. The case has become a lightning rod, with the host arguing it represents a clear-cut example of someone weaponizing a victim narrative for online attention, only to be caught by her own evidence.

The initial story and its unraveling

Henderson's first videos presented her as a traumatized worker. She said she arrived at a delivery address where the front door was wide open, the lights were on, and the customer was lying on the couch with his pants and underwear pulled down. She described feeling put in danger simply by doing her job. The story spread fast, and TikTok users initially rallied around her. She also claimed DoorDash fired her for reporting the incident and that the police were doing nothing — framing herself as a victim being silenced by three separate institutions.
