The body camera footage is central to Asmongold's argument. In the video, McIver is seen in a red blazer, shoving and elbowing ICE agents who were attempting to arrest Newark Mayor Ras Baraka. According to court documents, she grabbed one agent and tried to restrain him, then pushed another, striking him with her forearms. At one point, she is heard saying, "I'm a congresswoman. I can touch whoever I want."

Asmongold plays the clip and reacts in real time. "Dude, a congressional crash out. You don't see this every day," he says.
