When a Bathroom Selfie Becomes a Criminal Investigation

The Florida Attorney General's office confirmed to a source that it is actively investigating trans influencer Lily Tino for taking photographs inside a women's bathroom at Disney World—a move that, if prosecuted, could carry up to five years in prison and a $5,000 fine. The investigation was announced publicly by Attorney General James Uthmeier, who stated plainly: "We do not tolerate men or boys in women's and girls' restrooms." The host, Asmongold, frames this as the predictable endpoint of a pattern he has watched unfold across multiple videos: a person who has spent months harassing service workers, tone-policing low-income employees, and filming inside spaces where women and children expect privacy has finally crossed a line that the state of Florida is willing to enforce.

The Legal Reality Tino Ignored

The episode walks through two Florida statutes that could apply to Tino's actions. The first is a law specifically prohibiting video or photography inside bathrooms and locker rooms—a straightforward felony. The second, broader statute covers any lewd or lascivious conduct in public places, including restrooms. As the host notes, the language of the law explicitly lists "bathrooms" as covered spaces: "It literally says is including but not limited to bathroom. This isn't like an extrapolation."
